Laura Linney
Laura Leggett Linney (born February 5th 1964) is an American actress from America. She has won several awards like four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. Linney's Broadway debut came in the year 1990. She has received Tony Award nods for her Broadway revivals The Crucible (2002), Sight Unseen (2004, Time Stands Still in 2010), My Name Is Lucy Barton (2021) and The Little Foxes revival (2017). She also won the first Emmy Award for the television film Wild Iris (2001), as well as subsequent awards for television sitcom Frasier (2003-04) as well as the mini-series John Adams (2008). From 2010 to 2013 on the show The Big C. This drama won her an Emmy Award in 2013. From 2017 through 2022, she was part of the Netflix crime-drama Ozark.
